Has anyone else struck this problem? More importantly, does anyone have a solution? I could ALWAYS logon to remote sessions with Keepass credentials. The strings would ALWAYS copy into remote notepad. I could NEVER logon to remote sessions with Keepass credentials. The strings would NEVER copy into remote notepad. The strings would ALWAYS copy into local Notepad. I tried with the 'clipboard obfuscation' on and off (TCATO as it's referred to), with or without 'expiring' clipboard. Did a hell of a lot of web research, rebooted my workstation (just in case), but no amount of tweaking the various Autotype settings in Options, or playing with Autotype settings per Group or per Entry, would change this behaviour. I spent -hours- trying to make Keepass V2 work for Terminals RDP sessions. Opening up Keepass V1 and repeating that experiment, everything worked perfectly fine, logging in or notepad on the RDP session would get the password. If I entered my Remote Server credentials manually, logged into a session, then fired up Notepad on the remote server, then switched to Keepass and try to CTRL-V, nothing noticable would happen. I could open up Notepad on my local machine, and CTRL-V my passwords successfully everytime.įrom Terminals RDP connections, I couldn't CTRL-V to the logon screen. Unfortunately CTRL-V from Keepass V2.19 to Terminals sessions wouldn't work anymore. Today I decided I would 'upgrade' to Keepass V2.19, which adds some things. Typically I connect to server, switch to Keepass, select the domain, CTRL-V and the password is typed into my RDP logon screen, and away I go. I have several hundred servers I connect to, in four separate Active Directory domains, with four separate sets of credentials (username/password, in each case the password is different and the username stays the same). My RDP terminal manager is 'Terminals V2.0' ( ).
